7. Free Tier

The free Starter tier allows up to 5 active links. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time. Free tier users may be subject to additional limitations on features and usage.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by urlfor.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including customized capture screens and messaging.

9. Link Removal and Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any link or suspend any account that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, illegal, or inappropriate. We may also remove links that receive excessive abuse reports or that redirect to content that becomes unavailable or harmful.

10. Service Availability

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URLFOR.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless urlfor.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
